The Lagoon—The Quiet Heart of the Corridor

This section of the mural was painted last, after the light of the landscapes and the rhythm of the trees had found their balance. It arrived almost on its own—a still inlet of soft blue-green, distant forest dissolving into air and reeds that rise as gently as breath.

It was the moment where the space exhaled.

A place to rest between rooms. A view that does not insist.

The Lagoon held the quiet centre of the landing—a tenderness that didn’t need to be announced, only encountered.
